Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and ngd88 (the "Platform"). They govern your access to and use of all services, games, promotions, and features available at ngd88.lat. By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager on ngd88, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

1. Eligibility

To register and use ngd88, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. ngd88 takes compliance seriously and reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify eligibility.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where online betting is not prohibited.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or any third party.
• You must not have been previously banned or excluded from the Platform.

ngd88 is an adult entertainment service. Creating an account while failing to meet any of the above criteria is a direct violation of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

2. Account Registration & Security

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account with ngd88. The Platform relies on this information for identity verification, fraud prevention, and the processing of payments. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

• Each user may hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended.

• You must not share your account credentials with any third party for any reason.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ngd88 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ngd88 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following local payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The Platform may also support additional payment methods from time to time, as indicated within the cashier section.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change. Please verify current limits in your account dashboard. Users must note the following regarding financial transactions:

• Deposits are credited to your account balance after successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing.

• Any form of money laundering, fraudulent transactions, or collusion with other players.

ngd88 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law. Any account found to be in violation of these rules will be suspended pending investigation. All decisions made by ngd88 in relation to prohibited conduct are final.

7. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only.

8. Limitation of Liability
